Return Policy

At Becca Lees Bakes, we strive to provide our customers with the best quality products and service. Unfortunately, due to the personalised nature of our cookies, we cannot accept returns for incorrect personalisation by the customer. Becca Lees Bakes will not take responsibility for incorrect personalisation where the customer has provided incorrect spelling or an incorrect design.We will only accept returns if the item is damaged during shipping.  take extra care to double check your personalisation information before submitting your order.

We take great care in packaging and shipping our cookies to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. If the cookies have been in your care for more than 24 hours or you had them delivered on Wednesday and advise us on Saturday at midday that your cookies are broken, we no longer take responsibility for such circumstances as there is a greater likelihood that this breakage has now happened while the cookies were in your care. 

Alternately, if you open cookies on the day they arrive and advise with photographic proof that our packaging of the cookies is the fault and cause of cookie breakage then will happily compensate you for the losses, and where possible, send replacement cookies for those that have broken if on the condition that there is enough time for them arrive. Cancellations may be considered on a case by case basis if you contact us 10 days or more prior to your delivery date. Any cancellations outside this timeframe will not be considered. You will receive a store credit to be used whenever suitable.
